Fargo Library To Host Discussion With Author And Members Of The Crazy Horse Family May 13 At The Carlson Library

Crazy Horse family members Floyd Clown and Doug War Eagle, along with author William Matson, will visit the  Carlson Library at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 13, to discuss and sign their book Crazy Horse: The Lakota Warrior’s Life and Legacy. The book is based on the Edward Clown family’s oral history, and tells the family tales and memories told to them about their famous grandfather. The book also answers questions about the life of the famous war leader and the Lakota.

This event is their 118th book signing as they travel their way through the United States. Matson is a multi-award winning documentary filmmaker and this is his first book. He has been working with the Crazy Horse family since 2001 to tell their story. Clown, War Eagle and Matson all reside in South Dakota.
