Fargo Public Library Hosts ‘Storytelling With Code’ Events For Children Sept. 28 And 30

All young area creators, storytellers, adventurers and artists are invited to use their imaginations to construct a tale with twists and turns at two “Storytelling with Code” events this week at the Fargo Public Library. Presented by uCodeGirl and using the uCodeGirl Jr. Edition, participants will learn to be the star of the story and decide how the story ends by writing a digital story using code. Two sessions are planned; the first is Thursday, Sept. 28, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Main Library. The second session is Saturday, Sept. 30, starting at 10 a.m. at the Dr. James Carlson Library. Open to children in grades 4 to 6, all materials will be provided. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Register online or call Children’s Services at 701.241.1495.
