Fargo Public Library hosts “Caring and Sharing” story and craft event Jan. 14

How can kids share their creativity and make a positive difference for others? Area youngsters are invited to hear stories about caring kids who made a difference by lending a hand to others at an engaging story and craft event at the Fargo Public Library. The library, in partnership with the North Dakota National Guard Child and Youth Program, is hosting the “Kids Caring & Sharing” event Tuesday, Jan. 14, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the downtown Main Library. Kids of all ages are invited to listen to stories and make valentines to send to military heroes serving overseas. No registration is required for this event, and all materials will be provided.

Fargo Public Library events are free and open to the public; adults must accompany children ages 9 and under. For more information regarding the Fargo Public Library and a list of upcoming events, call the Children’s Librarian at 241-1495 or visit the library’s website, www.fargolibrary.org.
