Library hosts super hero event for kids Nov. 30

Saving the world isn’t easy. It takes more than just a secret identity to be a super hero; it takes training! To help kids tap into their inner super hero, the Fargo Public Library is hosting a Super Hero Training Academy set for Saturday, Nov. 30 starting at 2 p.m. at the downtown Main Library. All future super heroes and heroines in grades K – 6 are invited to enroll in this special training workshop and test their mettle in a variety of activities and challenges to earn an official Super Hero Certificate. Space is limited; pre-registration is required. Register online or call the Children’s Librarian at 241-1495 for details.

Fargo Public Library events are free and open to the public. Adults must accompany children age 9 and younger. For more information regarding the Fargo Public Library and a list of upcoming events, visit the library’s website, www.fargolibrary.org.

What a great idea, however my 3.5 year old “iron man” would be so sad if only his older brother got to participate. :(
