Ever wondered what it’s like to be a worm? In keeping with the library’s “Dig into Reading” summer reading program theme, kids of all ages are invited to learn about worms and all the amazing things they do at the Fargo Public Library’s Worm Day event scheduled for Tuesday, July 9 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the downtown Main Library. As part of this engaging event, a themed storytime geared for toddlers and preschoolers will start at 11 a.m., followed by a worm-themed craft at 11:30 a.m. There will also be worm races starting at 1 p.m.; all materials and worms will be provided. Learn all about the lowly earthworm with stories, activities, snacks and crafts.
Fargo Public Library events are free and open to the public; adults must accompany children ages 9 and under.
