Library Welcomes Author Nathan Jorgenson Monday, Feb. 27

The Fargo Public Library is pleased to welcome award-winning author Nathan Jorgenson to the downtown Main Library for a presentation and book signing on Monday, Feb. 27 starting at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room. Jorgenson will discuss his latest novel A Crooked Number.

A Crooked Number offers a balance of humor and heartbreak as it chronicles a young man’s path from youth to adulthood as he encounters both the thrills and challenges of pursuing his dreams. It is a prequel to Jorgenson’s first novel, Waiting for White Horses, which won the Benjamin Franklin Award for Best New Voice in Fiction for 2004. Jorgenson’s other novel, The Mulligan, was the winner of the 2007 Independent Publishers Book Award.

Jorgenson will speak about his writing process as well as his experiences with writing and researching his novels; a brief book signing will follow. Books will be available for purchase. For more information, contact Lauren at 241-1472.
